Responsibilities
- Design and implement research-backed curricula aligned with Next Generation Science Standards and Common Core frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of educators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts
- Analyze learning analytics to iterate and optimize curriculum effectiveness
- Develop innovative assessment methodologies measuring competency-based mastery
- Create professional development programs for educators implementing new curricula
- Manage curriculum lifecycle from ideation through implementation and evaluation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience developing K-12 or adult education curricula
- Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology integration
- Proven success implementing competency-based learning frameworks
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in educational metrics
- Published research in peer-reviewed education journals
- Project management certification (PMP or similar)
