Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and iterate K-12 digital curriculum aligned with state and national standards
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create engaging learning modules
- Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze performance data to inform curriculum improvements
- Develop assessment tools and rubrics to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness
- Lead training workshops for educators on new curriculum implementation strategies
- Stay current with educational technology trends and emerging pedagogical approaches
- Maintain version control and documentation for all curriculum assets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum or educational content
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Experience with data-driven curriculum assessment and improvement cycles
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects for diverse student populations
