Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and iterate engaging K-12 curriculum modules aligned with Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create multimedia learning resources
- Analyze learner data to refine content and improve educational outcomes
- Lead training workshops for educators on implementing new curriculum frameworks
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
- Research emerging educational technologies and integrate innovative tools into content development
- Conduct usability testing with target audiences to optimize learning experiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years developing K-12 curriculum with proven impact on student outcomes
- Expertise in learning management systems (Canvas, Schoology) and authoring tools
- Strong data literacy skills with experience in educational analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum projects with measurable results
- Experience training educators in curriculum implementation
- Understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
