Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing curriculum for K-12 or corporate training environments
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in learning assessment and data-driven improvement
- Certificate in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or equivalent
- Demonstrated success creating inclusive, culturally responsive learning materials
- Portfolio showcasing curriculum development projects with measurable outcomes
