Responsibilities
- Design and implement competency-based learning modules aligned with industry standards
- Develop engaging multimedia content using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct learning needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness through KPI analysis
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create scenario-based training simulations
- Lead curriculum roadmap planning for enterprise clients across healthcare and tech sectors
- Maintain compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards and accessibility guidelines
- Mentor junior instructional designers through peer review sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education Technology or Instructional Design (preferred)
- 5+ years developing corporate curriculum for adult learners
- Expertise in LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday, or Docebo)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning transformation projects
- Certification in ADDIE or SAM instructional design models
- Proficiency in data-driven learning analytics tools
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and cognitive psychology
