Responsibilities
- Develop K-12 and adult education curricula aligned with state/federal standards and emerging industry needs
- Lead design thinking workshops with educators to identify pain points and co-create solutions
- Analyze learning analytics to iterate and optimize course effectiveness
- Train instructional designers on curriculum implementation frameworks
- Manage vendor relationships for multimedia content development
- Present curriculum blueprints to stakeholders for feedback and approval
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years developing curriculum for digital or blended learning environments
- Expertise in ADDIE/SAM instructional design models
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle) and authoring tools
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum impact metrics
- Strong project management with PMP certification preferred
