- Conduct formative assessments and iterate on curriculum based on learner analytics
- Lead professional development workshops for educators implementing new curricula
- Maintain compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum with measurable impact
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) frameworks
- Experience with data-driven curriculum optimization and learning analytics
- Published portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects
- Teaching certification preferred
