Responsibilities

- Conduct needs assessments and implement data-driven curriculum improvements
- Train educators on new curriculum implementation and best practices
- Manage project timelines and resources for curriculum development initiatives
- Stay current with educational technology trends and integrate innovative tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in K-12 education
- Proven expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms (LMS, authoring tools)
- Excellent written communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with data analysis to inform curriculum decisions
- Certification in instructional design or educational technology preferred
