Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative curricula aligned with educational standards and industry trends

- Lead cross-functional projects including e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and hybrid learning solutions
- Train educators on new curriculum implementation and pedagogical approaches
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in K-12 or corporate training
- Expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and learning management systems
- Proven ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive educational content
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CIDD) highly desirable
