Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging K-12 STEM curriculum aligned with Next Generation Science Standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create interactive digital learning modules and assessments
- Analyze learning analytics to iterate and optimize curriculum effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional projects with instructional designers and software engineers
- Train educators on curriculum implementation strategies and pedagogical best practices
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and research trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in K-12 STEM education
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Demonstrated success in managing complex educational projects
- Experience with data-driven curriculum improvement processes
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across diverse teams
