Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, backward design)
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects with measurable results
