Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative K-12 curriculum aligned with state standards and emerging educational technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to create interactive e-learning modules, assessment tools, and multimedia resources

- Train educators on implementing new curriculum frameworks and pedagogical strategies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing curriculum for K-12 or higher education institutions
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex subjects into age-appropriate content
- Experience with data-driven instructional design and learning analytics
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or educational technology
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ curriculum development projects with measurable outcomes
