Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive K-12 STEM curriculum frameworks incorporating project-based learning methodologies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with educational standards and industry needs
- Create interactive digital learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct learning impact assessments through data analytics and pilot program evaluations
- Lead curriculum scalability initiatives for district-wide implementations across 15+ states
- Mentor junior developers through peer review sessions and best practice workshops
- Present curriculum innovations at national education technology conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience developing K-12 STEM curriculum with proven implementation success
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Canvas, Schoology) and authoring tools
- Strong data analysis skills using educational metrics tools like Panorama Education
- Experience managing curriculum development budgets over $500K
- Published research in peer-reviewed education journals
- Valid teaching certification (preferred)
