Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive K-12 curriculum frameworks aligned with state and national educational standards
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including interactive modules, assessments, and teacher resources
- Conduct pedagogical research and analyze student performance data to refine instructional approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including instructional designers and technology specialists
- Train educators on curriculum implementation and provide ongoing pedagogical support
- Manage curriculum development projects from conception through deployment and evaluation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum with proven impact on student outcomes
- Expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and educational technology integration
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using learning management systems
- Certification in educational technology or instructional design (e.g., CDT, IDCT)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum development projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse educator audiences
