Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and industry best practices
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including interactive modules, assessments, and performance metrics
- Analyze learner data to refine instructional strategies and optimize learning outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into course development
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analysis to identify curriculum improvement opportunities
- Maintain version control and documentation for all curriculum assets
- Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through pilot testing and continuous improvement cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development for K-12 or corporate training environments
- Expertise in adult learning theory and evidence-based instructional methodologies
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven curriculum optimization
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum projects with measurable impact
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CDT, CPTD) highly desirable
