Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive, standards-aligned curriculum materials across multiple subjects and grade levels
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging digital and print learning resources
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to inform curriculum improvements and personalization
- Lead pilot programs and gather stakeholder feedback to iterate and refine educational content
- Train educators on curriculum implementation and best practices for classroom integration
- Stay current with educational technology trends and emerging learning science research
- Manage curriculum projects from conception through delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum with proven impact on student outcomes
- Expertise in backward design principles, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and differentiated instruction
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management skills with ability to deliver complex projects on deadline
- Experience with data analysis to measure curriculum effectiveness and drive improvements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in instructional design or educational technology preferred
