Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative K-12 curriculum frameworks aligned with Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards
- Create engaging multimedia learning modules including interactive simulations, gamified assessments, and virtual labs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered adaptive learning technologies
- Conduct learning analytics to iterate and optimize curriculum effectiveness
- Mentor junior developers and provide pedagogical guidance to content creation teams
- Present curriculum innovations at industry conferences and educational summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience developing digital curriculum for K-12 or higher education
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Experience with learning management systems (Canvas, Moodle) and LMS integration
- Strong understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ award-winning curriculum projects
- Valid teaching license or equivalent educational certification
