Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and iterate engaging learning modules using adult learning principles and modern authoring tools
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to align curriculum with business objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into digestible content
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from analysis to implementation and evaluation
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and multi-platform compatibility across all deliverables
- Lead quality assurance processes through stakeholder reviews and pilot testing
- Stay current with emerging technologies in LMS platforms and microlearning strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate or higher education curriculum
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in needs assessment and learning evaluation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Certification (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or equivalent professional development
- Experience working with remote teams and global stakeholders
