Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curricula aligned with industry standards and learning objectives
- Lead needs assessments and gap analyses to identify strategic learning opportunities
- Create engaging multimedia content (e-L modules, assessments, instructor guides) using authoring tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Implement agile project management methodologies for curriculum rollout
- Analyze learning analytics to iterate and optimize educational content
- Mentor junior instructional designers and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 7+ years of curriculum development experience in corporate or higher education
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and backward design methodologies
- Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum implementations
- Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification preferred
- Experience developing compliance and technical training programs
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
