Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with industry standards and learning objectives
- Collaborate with SMEs to create engaging multimedia content including eLearning modules, video scripts, and interactive assessments
- Implement and optimize LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle) to enhance learning delivery and analytics
- Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations using Kirkpatrick's model for continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation with agile methodologies
- Mentor junior instructional designers and conduct quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years developing curriculum for corporate or higher education environments
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and video editing software
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or educational technology
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable learning strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects with measurable outcomes
