Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with industry standards and learning objectives
- Create engaging multimedia content including interactive e-modules, video tutorials, and assessment tools
- Conduct needs analysis with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and track learner analytics for continuous improvement
- Lead curriculum revision cycles based on feedback and emerging educational technologies
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for instructional design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing professional training curriculum for corporate or higher education
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum mapping methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum implementation and measurable outcomes
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Exceptional written communication and stakeholder management skills
