Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and industry best practices
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials including interactive modules, assessments, and multimedia content
- Analyze learner data to iterate and optimize curriculum effectiveness using learning analytics tools
- Lead cross-functional projects including instructional design, multimedia production, and LMS integration
- Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Develop scalable training programs for diverse audiences including educators, corporate trainers, and adult learners
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing curriculum for K-12 or corporate training environments
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and backward design instructional models
- Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex educational initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum development projects with measurable impact
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
