Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and industry trends
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including interactive modules, assessments, and virtual simulations
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure pedagogical excellence
- Analyze learning analytics to iterate and optimize curriculum effectiveness
- Lead training workshops for educators and corporate trainers on curriculum implementation
- Manage curriculum lifecycle from ideation to evaluation and continuous improvement
- Stay current with emerging EdTech tools and learning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 or corporate curriculum
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Demonstrated success with project management of large-scale curriculum projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience using learning data for decision-making
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) highly desirable
- Portfolio showcasing innovative curriculum development projects
