Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative curriculum frameworks for K-12 and professional development markets
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging multimedia learning assets
- Analyze learning analytics to optimize course effectiveness and user engagement
- Lead cross-functional teams including instructional designers and content writers
- Implement accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) across all deliverables
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing curriculum for digital learning platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ successful curriculum implementations
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy and ADDIE model
- Experience with LMS administration (Moodle, Canvas)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines
