Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative K-12 curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards
- Conduct needs assessments and learning gap analyses for target student populations
- Create engaging multimedia instructional materials including digital simulations and interactive modules
- Lead teacher training workshops and provide ongoing pedagogical support
- Analyze student performance data to refine curriculum effectiveness
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry partners for authentic learning experiences
- Manage curriculum development projects from conception to implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum materials
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Canvas, Schoology) and authoring tools
- Strong understanding of Universal Design for Learning principles
- Experience with data-driven curriculum improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to work with diverse student populations and stakeholders
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
- Published curriculum or educational technology portfolio required
