Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive educational curricula aligned with industry standards and learning objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging multimedia learning materials
- Conduct learning assessments and iterate on content based on feedback and data analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams including instructional designers and content creators
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical methodologies
- Manage curriculum development projects from conception to implementation
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all educational materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development or educational content creation
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Experience with data-driven curriculum evaluation and improvement
- Project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and budgets
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
