Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and industry best practices
- Create engaging multimedia learning assets including interactive modules, assessments, and performance support tools
- Conduct needs analysis and learning evaluations to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate content relevance
- Mentor junior developers and foster collaborative knowledge-sharing practices
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in curriculum development with proven portfolio
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design models
- Experience developing K-12 and professional development programs
- Data-driven approach with experience in learning analytics and impact measurement
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) strongly preferred
