Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive K-12 and adult education curricula aligned with UAE educational standards and international frameworks
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging multimedia learning materials including interactive modules and assessments
- Conduct learning needs analysis and program evaluations to continuously improve educational outcomes
- Mentor junior instructional designers and conduct training sessions for educators on curriculum implementation
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical methodologies
- Manage curriculum development projects from conception to deployment within Agile timelines
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing curriculum for formal education or corporate training environments
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of backward design principles and assessment methodologies
- Experience with UAE/Middle Eastern educational systems and cultural contexts
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into learner-centered materials
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
