Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and industry best practices
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including interactive modules, assessments, and performance-based activities
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analysis to identify instructional gaps and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge educational technologies and pedagogical approaches
- Develop evaluation metrics and conduct continuous improvement cycles for curriculum effectiveness
- Mentor junior instructional designers and lead curriculum development projects
- Stay current with emerging trends in educational technology and instructional design methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 or corporate curriculum with measurable learning outcomes
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design methodologies
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum development projects
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
