Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curricula aligned with industry standards and client objectives
- Create engaging learning modules using multimedia, simulations, and interactive elements
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to optimize program effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including instructional designers and content creators
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and track key performance metrics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development and adult education
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design models
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning materials
- Experience with learning analytics and program evaluation methodologies
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
