Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive K-12 curriculum aligned with state standards and educational best practices
- Create engaging digital learning modules, interactive assessments, and supplemental teaching resources
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure pedagogical effectiveness
- Conduct learning analytics to measure curriculum impact and implement continuous improvement
- Lead professional development workshops for educators on curriculum implementation
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and instructional methodologies
- Mentor junior curriculum developers through peer review sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in K-12 education
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Demonstrated success in creating accessible, inclusive learning materials
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with educational data analysis and learning assessment tools
- Teaching certification or equivalent classroom experience preferred
