Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative curriculum frameworks aligned with international educational standards
- Lead cross-functional teams of educators, designers, and subject matter experts
- Create engaging digital learning resources including interactive modules, assessments, and multimedia content
- Conduct needs analysis and learning evaluations for corporate and institutional clients
- Implement AI-powered personalization features in curriculum delivery systems
- Manage curriculum lifecycle from conception to implementation and continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of emerging pedagogical trends and technological advancements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in curriculum development with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design models
- Experience with Singapore/Malaysian/British curriculum frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum innovation and measurable learning outcomes
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
