Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and iterate comprehensive curricula aligned with educational standards and industry needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging multimedia learning materials (videos, simulations, assessments)
- Analyze learner data to optimize course effectiveness and implement continuous improvement cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams including instructional designers and content writers
- Conduct market research to identify emerging educational trends and technologies
- Develop assessment frameworks to measure learning outcomes and ROI
- Present curriculum blueprints to stakeholders and secure executive approvals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in formal or corporate education
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas)
- Proven track record of developing STEM or soft skills curricula
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design models
- Experience managing projects with $50K+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published research or portfolio showcasing innovative educational frameworks
