Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative curriculum materials aligned with state and national educational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including educators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to optimize curriculum effectiveness
- Create engaging multimedia content including interactive modules, assessments, and supplemental resources
- Train teachers on implementation strategies and provide ongoing pedagogical support
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical trends
- Evaluate curriculum impact through data analysis and continuous improvement cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in K-12 curriculum design and development
- Expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and learning theories
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in educational data interpretation
- Certification in instructional design or educational technology preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects
