Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative curriculum frameworks aligned with industry standards and learner needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging multimedia learning materials (videos, simulations, interactive modules)
- Analyze learning analytics to continuously optimize course effectiveness and learner outcomes
- Lead cross-functional projects with instructional designers, UX specialists, and assessment developers
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and skill gaps in target sectors
- Develop assessment strategies and evaluation metrics to measure program success
- Mentor junior curriculum developers and facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development for corporate or higher education
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ADDIE/Agile methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum implementation and measurable impact
- Experience with needs analysis and competency mapping frameworks
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) highly valued
