Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based curriculum frameworks aligned with Next Generation Science Standards and state-specific learning objectives
- Develop engaging multimedia learning modules including interactive simulations, virtual labs, and gamified assessments
- Conduct pedagogical research and pilot testing with partner schools to iterate on curriculum effectiveness
- Train educators on new curriculum implementation through workshops and digital certification programs
- Analyze student performance data to refine learning objectives and scaffold instructional strategies
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive learning management system interfaces
- Manage cross-functional project timelines and vendor relationships for educational technology integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 or higher education curricula with proven impact metrics
- Expertise in backward design principles and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) frameworks
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle)
- Demonstrated experience with data-driven curriculum analysis using learning analytics platforms
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Published research in educational technology or curriculum development preferred
