As a key member of our pedagogy division, you'll collaborate with educators, technologists, and subject matter experts to create engaging, standards-aligned content. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from our state-of-the-art Boston campus or remotely.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative K-12 curriculum frameworks aligned with Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in creating interactive digital learning modules and assessments
- Conduct pedagogical research to implement evidence-based teaching methodologies
- Partner with UX designers to optimize content delivery across multiple platforms
- Provide professional development training for educators on curriculum implementation
- Analyze learning analytics to continuously refine instructional materials
- Manage curriculum development lifecycle from ideation to evaluation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing K-12 curriculum with proven impact metrics
- Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools
- Strong understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Experience with data-driven instructional design methodologies
- Published portfolio of curriculum projects demonstrating innovation
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Certification in instructional design preferred
