Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative curriculum aligned with industry standards and client objectives
- Conduct needs assessments and learning gap analyses for corporate training programs
- Lead cross-functional teams including instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and subject matter experts
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and track program effectiveness through KPI analysis
- Create multimedia learning assets including e-learning modules, video content, and interactive simulations
- Develop assessment frameworks and evaluation methodologies for measuring learning impact
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and adult learning theories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate or higher education curriculum
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Experience with learning analytics and data-driven instructional design
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into learner-friendly content
