Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and industry requirements
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including interactive modules, assessments, and performance support tools
- Conduct needs analysis and learning evaluations to ensure curriculum effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (VR/AR, AI, gamification)
- Maintain quality assurance through continuous curriculum reviews and updates
- Mentor junior developers and facilitate best practice sharing across the design team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in K-12 or corporate training
- Expertise in ADDIE/SAM instructional design models and backward design principles
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Experience with data-driven curriculum evaluation and learning analytics
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
