Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with industry standards and client objectives
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including interactive modules, assessments, and job aids
- Conduct learning needs analysis and gap assessments for corporate clients across diverse sectors
- Leverage instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) to ensure pedagogical excellence
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and relevance
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and track program effectiveness through data analytics
- Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior instructional designers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate or higher education curriculum
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into digestible learning content
- Strong project management skills with experience in agile environments
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum implementation and measurable outcomes
