Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with industry standards and learning objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging e-learning modules, assessments, and multimedia content

- Lead the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology tools

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field with 5+ years of curriculum development experience
- Proven expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse educational projects across multiple delivery formats
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience developing professional development programs for corporate or higher education settings
