Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive K-12 curriculum frameworks aligned with state and national standards
- Develop engaging multimedia learning modules, assessments, and supplementary materials
- Conduct learning needs analysis and performance evaluation for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including instructional designers and subject matter experts
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology platforms
- Train educators on curriculum implementation and best practices
- Stay current with emerging educational trends and research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development for K-12 or higher education
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Experience with data-driven curriculum evaluation and improvement cycles
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum implementation projects
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
