Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable curriculum frameworks aligned with learning objectives and industry standards
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including videos, interactive modules, and assessments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness
- Analyze learner data to refine curriculum and improve knowledge retention metrics
- Lead cross-functional projects with designers, developers, and instructional technologists
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and learning science research
- Mentor junior curriculum developers and conduct peer reviews of learning materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing curriculum for corporate or higher education settings
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models
- Experience with data-driven curriculum evaluation and continuous improvement processes
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
