Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute comprehensive creative strategies that align with client business objectives and market trends.
- Visual Direction: Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, and campaign visuals.
- Team Management: Mentor and inspire a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and art directors, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account managers, strategists, and developers to ensure cohesive brand implementation across all touchpoints.
- Presentation: Lead internal and client-facing presentations to articulate creative concepts and justify design decisions.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or a similar role within a marketing or media agency.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and motion graphics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and inspire stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred.
