Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with client goals and SEO best practices.
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and original content including blog posts, articles, website copy, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media content.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform content creation.
- Optimize all content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Collaborate closely with SEO specialists, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency and impact.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines and style guides.
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging content marketing techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO principles and practical application, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and compelling content for various audiences.
