We are seeking a Senior Corporate Event Manager to lead our most prestigious accounts. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for large-scale corporate conferences, galas, and executive retreats.
- Manage multi-million dollar event budgets with meticulous precision and financial transparency.
- Architect and negotiate complex contracts with high-end venues and global vendors.
- Supervise on-site production teams to ensure flawless technical and logistical delivery.
- Design and implement innovative hybrid event strategies using cutting-edge event tech stacks.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all experiential touchpoints.
- Analyze post-event data to provide comprehensive ROI reports and strategic insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in high-stakes corporate event management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events with over 1,000 attendees.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an extensive network of luxury venue contacts in NYC.
- Expert-level proficiency in event management software such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Aventri.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or Marketing (CMP or CMM certification highly preferred).
- Superior project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to domestic and international event sites as required.
