Lumina Global Events is seeking a visionary Senior Corporate Event Manager to join our flagship London office. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of high-profile international conferences, product launches, and exclusive gala dinners for Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies from initial concept through to post-event ROI analysis.
- Manage multi-million pound event budgets with absolute precision and financial transparency.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless on-site operations and attendee flow.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with premium venues, caterers, and technology providers globally.
- Integrate cutting-edge event technology and hybrid platforms to enhance attendee engagement and data collection.
- Deliver high-stakes stakeholder presentations to communicate event milestones and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in high-end corporate event management or premium agency roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events (1,000+ attendees) in international markets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an established network of premium London-based and global suppliers.
- Expert-level proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo) and CRM platforms.
- Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field; CMP or CMM certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with a solutions-oriented mindset.
