- Manage litigation risks and oversee external counsel relationships
- Mentor junior legal professionals and optimize department workflows
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school with active California bar membership
- 8+ years of corporate law experience, preferably in tech sector
- Proven expertise in drafting complex commercial agreements and SaaS contracts
- Deep knowledge of intellectual property law and data privacy regulations
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to balance legal rigor and business objectives
