Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead end-to-end M&A transactions, including structuring, due diligence, and post-closing integration.

  • Draft and negotiate high-value commercial agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnership contracts.
  • Directly manage corporate secretarial functions and prepare materials for Board of Directors and Committee meetings.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school with an outstanding academic record.
