- Mentor junior counsel on legal research and ethical practice
- Collaborate with external stakeholders on policy advocacy initiatives
Qualifications
- JD from ABA-accredited law school with 7+ years corporate law experience
- Active NY State Bar membership with clean disciplinary record
- Proven track record in tech/finance M&A transactions ($100M+ deals)
- Expertise in SEC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Advanced legal research skills (Westlaw/LexisNexis proficiency)
- Exceptional negotiation and cross-functional leadership abilities
